Deposit of 50% required for all reservation.  Deposit minus $25 cancellation fee is refundable if notice of cancellation is received 30 days before arrival.  No refunds on early departures.
Full balance and 7% Maine sales tax is due upon arrival.  Cash certified checks or traveler's checks are accepted.  We also accept Visa/MC.
Cell phones are suggested.  We do not have public telephones on site.  There are public telephone located in Rangeley village.

We remain firm on the number of people in cabins - please respect our policy.
